As a participant in any program with Marissa Marino & Team you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

You agree to inform the instructor of any physical limitations, pregnancy, physical discomfort and/or injuries and take full responsibility for nondisclosure. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Marissa Marino & Team for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in this program.
