For years my life was dictated by “shoulds” and “should nots.”
❌ I played by the rules, by what I thought would make others happy. Yet, always felt like I was letting someone down.
❌ I neglected myself to the point where I didn’t even recognize myself or the path I was on.
❌. I didn't think I was worthy of having it all, I thought life was supposed to be a constant struggle.
❌. When I took a hard look at my life nothing looked familiar or had even been a dream/thought to get where I was (which looked awesome from the outside).
❌. My mantra became…”tomorrow I’ll be better, next time I’ll say no.”
Until I stopped to catch my breath and go inward.
It's my mission to share how I made my wellness a priority and discovered what I really wanted in life and made decisions from a peaceful place when I quieted the crazy going around in my head and world around me.
I quit the corporate world--I traveled abroad
I got serious about my self-care
I lived and worked in China for 3 years
I created my own business to serve and help others on their journey
I learned how to stay calm despite the chaos going on around me---most of the time ;)
I learned how to make decisions aligned with my heart & purpose
Over the years, I have mastered how to get unstuck, calm my mind and listen to the whisper of my heart with the power of yoga and meditation and want to share it with you.
