Private In-Home Sessions
Each one-to-one session is tailored to the student's unique interests and abilities. The sessions include: self-regulation tools, mobility exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation in a fun and comfortable atmosphere (your home)! All necessary props, mats and essentials are provided. The student will build a practice that can continue to be used throughout life, both on and off of the mat.
Private sessions offer individual attention to foster meaningful relationships while sharing the tools and philosophies of yoga.
*Self-direction is accepted from several agencies.
