Learn to listen to your body and show the universe you’re serious in your intentions.
What does that mean? For me, I focus on these areas of my mind & body:
💟Energy
💟Respect
💟Awareness & Action
1. Energy Check: How are you feeling in this moment? Do you feel drained or depleted? Do you feel light or heavy? This is the starting point of your road map. From here you have to ask yourself, “Am I REALLY respecting my mind and body?” Often times we and our world demand so much of ourselves that we forget to honor the very thing that allows us to function and live every single day. (I'm guilty)
2. Respect Your Mind & Body: Self-Talk: Is your inner voice kind or brutal? Food: Are you fueling your body and giving it the love & attention it deserves? Mind: Are you giving your mind a break? Are you constantly filling it with garbage on the internet? Do you take time to learn and grow? Are you getting enough sleep? Pleasure: Are you enjoying your body on all levels? Time: The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship in your life and requires your time and attention. Are you scheduling YOU time? Are you giving yourself fun activities and taking part in things that light you up?
Do the best you can, listen to your heart and have faith. We're all learning, growing and stumbling through our unique journey.
