Yoga is a personal practice and should feel good for the individual to fit their unique body, experience and abilities. My team and I guide students to discover the power within through mindfulness, movement and sound experiences. Students create their own practice as they embrace yoga in daily life and feel more at peace, in THEIR way.
We are excited to share yoga with the community at St. Alban's Episcopal Church and hope you'll join us!

Class Descriptions:
Gentle Yoga
Chair or Mat Option
This is an accessible class for all levels/abilities & great for beginners.
Props/Chairs for support and modifications are offered throughout the class.
Open to adults.
Chair Yoga:
This is a gentle class to help increase mobility and move with ease. Some poses have a standing option, but it is not required. No experience needed! Open to adults.
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness:
Students are encouraged to move and to be creative while guided by the instructor.
Yoga with kids is all about sharing poses and meditation through music, games and other mindful activities. This helps students to relax, focus and exercise, all while having fun!
This program is open to ALL abilities.
**Self-direction accepted from several agencies.**
Sound Healing:
Soft, soothing sounds of crystal bowls to help the body relax and receive energetic healing.
Open to adults.
